Payment Methods
We accept card payments through Viva Wallet (Viva Payments' secure hosted checkout) and cash on delivery for home deliveries. Cash on delivery is not available for locker delivery.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to your address or to a Box Now locker. Shipping costs and the free-shipping threshold are shown in the cart before you place the order.
Returns
You have a 30-day right of return — a voluntary extension of the 14-day window required by Greek consumer protection law.
