Data We Collect

• Account information (name, email)
• Order details (shipping address, history)
• Payment details: card payments are processed by Viva Wallet (Viva Payments) on its own hosted page — we never store card numbers. No payment details are collected for cash on delivery.
• Shipping details: your name, phone number and address or chosen locker are passed to the carrier (Box Now for locker delivery) solely to deliver your order.
• Transactional email: order confirmations and password-reset links are delivered through the email provider Resend.
• Technical data (IP address, browser type) in the server logs, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Guest Checkout

If you order without an account, a temporary customer record is created with your email so the order can be completed and tracked. You can later set a password and turn it into a regular account.

Data Retention

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as tax legislation requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
